The Assignment Consists Of 70 To 80 Zero-Step Apartments, Of Which At Least 28 Are Social Rental Homes, Supplemented With Cheap And Affordable Rental And/Or Owner-Occupied Homes And Owner-Occupied Homes In The Private Sector. The Housing Program Focuses On A Mixed Target Group, With An Emphasis On Starters And Seniors. In Addition To The Residential Program, The Assignment Consists Of: •A Child Center For Education And Childcare; •A Social Meeting Space; •Possibly A Commercial Healthcare Space; •A Green Park Zone With Water Storage (For Example Wadis And/Or Underground Storage) And Facilities For Sports, Games And Meetings; •Parking, Including Partially Underground Or Semi-Underground Parking.
