The Objective Of This Tender Procedure Is To Purchase High-Quality Signage That Meets The Legal Requirements, With Attention To Sustainability. Clients (Diamant Group And Ergon) Like To Be Relieved Of This As Much As Possible, For Example Through Fast Delivery. Clients Want To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Skilled Contractor For A Market-Based Price. The Contractor Carries Out The Assignment Without Any Problems And Acts As A Proactive And Flexible Partner Of The Clients. The Annual Size Of The Purchase Is Estimated At € 325,000 Excluding Vat. This Scope Consists Of: • Diamant Group: € 175,000 Excluding Vat • Ergon: € 150,000 Excluding Vat The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement, Based On The Maximum Contract Duration Of Five Years, Is Approximately € 1,625,000 Excluding Vat, Excluding Indexation(S).
