The Laboratory For Genome Analysis Of The Amsterdamumc Wants To Replace The Current Robot Street In The Coming Years. This Consists Of 13 Robots For The Different Flows Within The Laboratory. Since Diagnostics Must Continue And There Is Insufficient Space Available, The Various Robots Will Have To Be Replaced In Phases. Replacement Is Required For The Following Flows: It Is Good To Know That Not Every Robot Must Be Able To Run All Flows • Quantify, Dilute And Aliquot Dna And Rna Samples. (Preferably As 1 System From A-Z/Storage System Integrate With Robot System) • Use Of Ngs Flows Such As Short Read Illumina Library Preps And Long Read Nanopore Library Preps. • Purifying Pcr Reactions, Such As Sanger Sequencing But Also Ngs Flows • Processing A Multiple Of 96 Or More Samples • Processing 24 Or Fewer Samples 13
