The Department Of Foreign Affairs, Trade And Development (Dfatd), Also Known As Global Affairs Canada (Gac) Requires Readily Available In-Depth Analysis Of The Local Context And Related Development Issues To Inform Decision-Making And Align With Country Development Priorities. The Fss Will Provide Technical Services And Expertise Essential For Ensuring Accountability, Value For Money, And Real Results Of Canadian Development Programming. By Providing Needed Expertise The Fss Enables Dfatd’S Participation In A Broad Range Of Efforts To Strengthen The Effectiveness Of Recipient-Country Governance And Institutional Systems For Development Assistance, Coordinate Sector Support, Facilitate Policy Dialogue, And Build Inclusive Partnerships.
