Consulting Services - Elksenter Mid-Life Renewal . City Of Prince George (The “City) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Architectural And Engineering Consultants For The Renovation Of The Elksenter Arena. The Elksenter Arena Is Located In The Hart, And Is Approximately 14 Km North Of Downtown Prince George. It Was Originally Constructed In The Late 1970’S, And Requires Some Work To Extend Its Life. This Project Will Affect Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical And Electrical Components Of The Building. Significant Mechanical (Ammonia/Refrigeration Plant) And Electrical (Service Upgrade) Projects Have Recently Been Completed. The Contract Will Be Completed In Two (2) Parts As Outlined Below. The Award Of Part 2 Is Subject To The Consultant’S Performance And Project Budget Approval. Part 1 To Include: Pre-Design Services Design Services (Schematic And Design Development) Contract Documents Part 2 To Include: Tendering Services Construction Administration Services Post Construction Services
