The Following Activities And Elements Are Planned As Part Of The Investment: Reconstruction And Expansion Of A Municipal Road Class D. Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Municipal Roads With A Road. District No. 1543 Construction Of Parking Spaces Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System Construction Of A Stormwater Drainage System With Reconstruction Of The Surface Construction Of Road Lighting Reconstruction Of Existing Exits Clearing Of Greenery That Interferes With The Planned Road System Reconstruction Of A Colliding Fence Road Marking Other Elements Of The Task: 1) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Along With The Required Documents (Cost Estimate, Certificates, Approvals) 2 Copies In The Version Paper And 1 Copy In Electronic Version (Cd/Pendrive),2) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Issued By The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate In Nysa Or Reporting The Completion Of Works With The No Objection, Within The Deadline For Completing The Task Clause.3) Preparing Photographic Documentation In One Copy In Electronic Version (Cd/Pendrive), Submitted Together With As-Built Documentation, Covering: A) The Area Covered By The Investment Before The Start Construction Works, B) Course Of Works Carried Out, C) Area Covered By The Investment, After Completion Of Construction Works. 4) Other Works Resulting From Industry Agreements And Terms Of Contract Implementation Along With The Technical Specification.
