2.1 Part 1 – Modernization Of Ul. Feliks Stamm In Białogard. Road Works Will Be Carried Out On Stamma Street In Białogard. The Street Has A Degraded Bituminous Surface. The Scope Of Works Includes Milling The Existing Asphalt, Cleaning The Surface And Laying A New Wearing And Binding Layer. Regulation Of Street Inlets. Both The Grade Line And Transverse Slopes Will Reflect The Existing Condition. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works, Which Include: - Preparatory Works - Demolition Works - Earthworks - Foundations - Pavements - Finishing Works The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Developed Technical Design. 2.1.1 The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Remuneration Only For The Works Actually Ordered And Performed. 2.1.2 The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, Against Damages That May Occur In Connection With Random Events And Against Civil Liability Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract For An Amount Equal To Or Higher Than The Contractual Remuneration.
