Part 1 - Development Of Design Documentation And The Construction And Equipment Of Technical Facilities To Operate Zero-Emission Rolling Stock. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Comments: The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With All The Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference Of The Order And Obtain Any Information That May Be Useful In Preparing The Offer. The Contractors Claims For Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Are Excluded. The Ordering Party Enables The Contractor To Get Acquainted With The Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented. Dividing The Order Into Parts, In The Ordering Partys Opinion, Will Result In Optimization Of The Offers Presented By The Contractors, Both In Terms Of Quality And Price, And Will Additionally Protect The Ordering Party Against Failure To Resolve The Order Due To The Failure To Submit A Complete Offer By Any Of The Contractors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
