The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of Concrete Pavement (Pedestrian Alleys And Squares) Along With Concrete Edges, Carried Out As Part Of Stage I Of The Investment Project Entitled: Białostocka Park In Sosnowiec. The Scope Of Stage I Is A Separate, Independent Part (Scope) Of The Project Described In The Design Documentation And Includes Only Surface Works.2. The Scope Of This Order Includes The Construction Of: A) Pedestrian Paths With A Surface Made Of Holland Concrete Cubes, Thickness 8 Cm, B) Squares With A Surface Made Of Decorative Stones 30×30×8 Cm (In Gray Tones) And Construction Of Concrete Edges - A Total Of 1,215 Meters, Framing The Paved Surfaces Indicated In Point (A). A) And B).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With Design Documentation, The Concept Of The Scope Of Works For This Order And The Bill Of Quantities: Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Also Includes The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Technical/Executive Design For The Task Titled: Construction Of Pedestrian Paths And Roller Trails With A Network Of Park Lighting, Installation Of Small Architecture Elements And Planting Of Greenery - As Part Of The Task Entitled: Białostocka Park. 4. The Required Warranty Period For This Order Is 60 Months.5. The Scope Of Works And Quantities Being The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Should Be Treated As An Indicative Scope. The Contractor Should Price All Works That Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.
