1. The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Renovation Of The Surface Of District Road No. 2908S On A Length Of Approx. 476 M Between Gierałtowice And Ornontowice. 2. The Planned Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works (Making Cuts Into The Surface, Mechanically Dismantling The Surface), Execution Of A Layer: Binding Thickness. 6 Cm And Abrasive 5 Cm; Construction Of A Riverbed Along With Removal Of Soil And Incorporation Of Reclaimed Asphalt Into The Roadside Of The Mountain. 10 Cm Along With Two Sprinklings Of Asphalt Emulsion And Pouring Gravel. 3. The Main Scope Of Works, The Method Of Their Execution And The Quality Requirements For The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. If, During The Works, Non-Invented External Devices And Networks Are Found, The Contractor Will Secure Them And Agree On The Method Of Carrying Out Further Work With The Appropriate Operator Of The Device Or Network. 5. In The Event Of Damage To Underground Or Overhead Devices, The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Notify The Appropriate Network Operators, Cooperate With Them In Removing The Damage And Cover The Costs Of Repairs.6. Markings For The Duration Of Works Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In The Scope Of Pavement Renovation Works, The Contractor May Mark The Work Site On The Basis Of Simplified Traffic Organization Designs For Road Maintenance Works That Do Not Require Complete Closure Of The Road To Motor Vehicle Traffic, Which Require Changes In Traffic Organization Only During The Performance Of Activities To Be Communicated To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. 7. During The Works, Access To And Access To The Property, Fields And Public Facilities Should Be Possible. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site.9. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Performance Of All Construction Works And Supplies Of Materials, As Well As Preparatory, Demolition, Accompanying And Complementary Works Necessary To Perform And Complete The Task.
