The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Market Square In Góra Kalwaria The Scope Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Market Square Along With The Road System, Construction Of A Fountain, Technical Infrastructure, Parking Spaces And Elements Of Small Architecture, Located On Registration Plots No. 90, 98/1, 126, 99, 91 And 88 Within 01-01 And On Registration Plot No. 1 Within 01-02, In The Registration Unit 141801_4 Góra Kalwaria - City. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Decision Of The Staroste Of Piaseczno No. 1663/2023 Of December 5, 2023 Approving The Land Development Design And The Architectural And Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit, As Well As In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Knowledge Technical Specifications And The Conditions Specified In The Order Documents. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including Obtaining - Acting On The Basis Of An Appropriate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party - A Final Decision On The Use Permit, If Required By Law, Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Along With Obtaining No Objection From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Carrying Out Archaeological Research In The Form Of Permanent Archaeological Supervision During The Execution Of The Works. Earthworks, Including Obtaining - On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party - A Permit From The Masovian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Conduct Archaeological Research And Performing All Obligations Arising From The Issued Permit And Applicable Regulations Regarding The Protection And Care Of Monuments.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As A Description Of The Employers Requirements In Relation To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Acceptance, Are Set Out In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz), The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 9 To The Swz) And The Dnsh Rules - Guidelines For The Contractor (Annex No. 11 To The Swz).
