The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Road In Kije, As Part Of The Task Called Modernization Of The Road Section Of Ul. Klonowa In Kije. The Investment Is Located On Plots No. 678, 270/95 In The Registration Area 0011 Kije. 2) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Partially Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Related To The Exclusion Of Agricultural Land From Agricultural Production. 3) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Technical Documentation, For Which The Ordering Party Has A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works, Dated June 19, 2026. Issued By The Starosta Of Zielona Góra And The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.4) Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Post-Copper Stone Aggregate.6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree On Proposals For Material Solutions. The Use Of Materials Indicated By The Ordering Party By The Contractor Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability If He Did Not Warn The Ordering Party About The Risks Associated With The Use Of Specific Materials. 7) The Contractor Declares That He Has Read The Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Recognized The Scope Necessary To Be Performed Within The Subject Of The Contract, Which He Priced In His Offer. 8) The Works Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Requirements Arising From The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411), In Particular With Regard To The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Solely On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277).2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant And/Or Partial Offers.3. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Be Irrational Because It Could Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract In Terms Of The Order Completion Date, Readiness For Receipt, Issuance And Payment Of Invoices, Which Could Lead To Incorrect Execution Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Also Due To Excessive Costs - Performing The Work By Different Contractors Would Pose A Risk Of Duplicating Indirect Costs Affecting The Price Of E.G.
