The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Small Architectural Objects In A Public Place - A Playground In The Town Of Kluki, Plot No. 683, Precinct 0005 Kluki. The Following Devices Will Be Located On The Plot: A Creativity Gazebo, A Drawing Board, A Painting Board, A Table With A Seat, A Slide, A Play Set, A Spring House, A Rabbit Hole, A Sensory Footbridge, A Sand Laboratory, A Sandbox, An Experiment Board, A Mud Kitchen, A Vegetable Garden, Flower Pots And A Garden Box. Small Architectural Objects Are Also Planned To Be Located On The Plot, Such As: Benches, Garbage Bins For Waste Segregation, Boards With Regulations And A Shade Sail. The Square Is Designed With A Natural Surface In The Form Of A Landscaped Lawn. Communication Between The Designed Small Architecture Objects Will Be Carried Out Via The Existing Grass Surface. The Plot Has Access To A Public Road. No Changes To The Existing Topography Are Expected, Only The Planned Investment Will Be Adjusted To Existing Differences In Ground Level. In The Area Intended For The Playground, It Is Planned To Create Zones With Low And High Plantings And A Sensory Path For Children. The Remaining Biologically Active Area Will Be Arranged As A Lawn Or Meadow. It Is Planned To Build A Playground Fence With A Total Height Of 1.50 M. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Labor Fund Of The Łódź Voivodeship Budget, As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program, Implemented By The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Design Documentation Includes: 1) Construction And Executive Design (Volume I Design Of Plot Development, Volume Ii Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents, Volume Iii Design Of Green Area Facilities), 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Architecture Industry, Landscape Architecture Industry), 3) Bills Of Quantities. The Above Documents Constitute Attachments To This Tor. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Illustrative And Helps The Contractor Identify Construction Works. In Order To Determine The Correct Number And Type Of Works For The Purposes Of Preparing The Offer, The Ordering Party Suggests Analyzing The Remaining Components Of The Design Documentation, As Well As Analyzing The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. All Devices And Elements Of The Playground Equipment Must Have Valid Certificates Of Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Standard And Meet The Safety Requirements Specified In Pn-En 1177. The Task Will Be Subjected, By An Independent Authorized Entity (At The Request And Expense Of The Ordering Party
