The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Renovation Of The Bicycle Path Swobnica - Lubanowo - Commune Border The Implementation Of The Investment Includes: 1. Renovation Of The Bicycle Path On The Section Swobnica - Lubanowo - Commune Border With A Total Length Of 14,994 Km, Including: 1) Partial Renovation Of The Existing Bituminous Surface By Cold Milling With A Thickness Of 3 Cm And The Use Of An Asphalt Cutter To Recreate And Strengthen The Sides Of The Bicycle Path, 2) Repair Of Existing Damage Surface Using Ac8s Mineral-Asphalt Mixture With A Thickness Of 3 Cm With Cleaning Of The Sub-Base And Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion, In Particular Unevenness, Cracks And Deformations, To The Extent Necessary To Create A New Wearing Course, 3) Construction Of A New Wearing Course On The Entire Section Of The Bicycle Path Made Of Ac8s Mineral-Asphalt Mixture With A Thickness Of 4 Cm Using The Existing Surface As A Sub-Base, 4) Maintaining The Existing Gradeline And Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes Of The Path, 5) Improvement Of Gravity And Surface Drainage Without New Drainage Devices, 6) Tidying Up The Area Adjacent To The Route After The Completion Of The Works.2. Preparation Of The Following Documents Before The Commencement Of Works: 1) Construction Site Development Design, Which Should Consist Of A Descriptive And Graphic Part, 2) Health And Safety Plan (Bioz Plan), 3) Construction Organization Design, 4) Temporary Traffic Organization Design Along With Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Approvals, 5) Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Works.3. Providing And Installing Information Boards On The Construction Site About The Works Being Carried Out, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Polish Construction Law And Guidelines In This Regard. 4.Zakres Przedmiotu Umowy Nie Obejmuje Remontu Mostu Nad Rzeką Tywą Zlokalizowanego W Km 12+966.5. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Referred To In Points 1-3, As Well As The Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party. 6.Dokumentacja Powykonawcza, O Której Mowa W Ust. 5 Point 1, Includes: 1) Construction Documentation With Changes Made In The Course Of Performing The Works And Post-Construction Geodetic Measurements, Including Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory And Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation (If Required); 2) Approvals And Certificates Confirming The Approval Of The Use Of Construction Materials, Finishing Elements And Equipment Used In The Execution Of The Order; 3) Other Required Documents.
