The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of 8 Design Documentation For 8 Sports Fields With Artificial Grass Surfaces, Located In The Miękinia Commune In The Following Towns: Brzezinka Średzka, Gosławice, Prężyce, Radakowice, Wojnowice, Wilkostów, Białków And Czerna.2. The Scope Of Design Work For Each Location Includes: 1) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes; 2) Geotechnical Opinion; 3) Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; 4) Obtaining Connection Conditions; 5) Developing Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Including A Valid Building Permit And Notification (Depending On The Requirements); 6) Preparing Technical Designs And Preparing Investor Cost Estimates; 7) Performing Authors Supervision For The Duration And Acceptance Of Construction Works Conducted On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation Until An Occupancy Permit Or An Equivalent Document Is Obtained In The Light Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law.
