1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Sidewalk And Field Stairs At Ul. Moonowa 8 In Częstochowa And Execution Of Paving Works At Ul. Kiedrzyńska 65.67 In Częstochowa.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Bills Of Quantities - Attachments No. 7.1.1) To No. 7.1.2) To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. Note! The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Attachments To This Swz Are Only Supporting Material For The Contractor In Determining The Lump-Sum Price(S).
