Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Lighting In The Commune And The City Of Krajenka

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Lighting In The Commune And City Of Krajenka, Including The Replacement Of Sodium Lamps On Existing Poles With Led Lamps.2. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Modernization Of Existing Street Lighting By Replacing Non-Energy-Saving Fixtures With New Fixtures. It Is Planned To Carry Out The Task In Question In The Commune And Town Of Krajenka, I.E. Both In The Town And In The Villages. The Installed Luminaires Will Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control And Will Have Appropriate Certificates. It Is Planned To Carry Out An Investment On The Assets Of A Lighting Company That Provided Information About Non-Energy-Saving Fixtures Installed In The Commune. As A Result Of The Investment, The Commune Intends To Achieve Energy Savings And Adapt The Lighting To The Location Conditions. 3. Note: All Assembly Works Concerning Luminaires Or Their Parts, As Well As Renovation Works, Require The Contractor To Obtain Written Consent From The Owner Of The Lighting Infrastructure, I.E. Enea Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O. 4. Before Concluding A Contract With The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present Written Permission From The Owner Of The Lighting Infrastructure, I.E. Enea Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O. For The Contractor To Perform The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. 5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Modernize 618 Lighting Points, Including Replacing 618 Luminaires With Led Luminaires, Achieving At Least 50% Savings On The Power Of The Installed Luminaires.6. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Swz: No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, No. 2 - Technical Documentation, No. 3 - Bill Of Quantities, No. 4 - Stwior, No. 5 - Technical Specification Of Fixtures, No. 6 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of Works And, Consequently, Also To Reduce The Total Remuneration Specified In The Contract. Restriction Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party Does Not Constitute Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Obligation. The Contractor Is Then Not Entitled To Demand Remuneration Or Compensation For The Abandoned Scope Of Work. The Minimum Benefit Value Is 80% Of The Total Remuneration.
