The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works And Any Supplies Or Services, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Stwiorb Provided By The Ordering Party, And The Principles Of Current Technical Knowledge, Consisting In The Renovation Of Balconies In A Residential Building At Ul. Cichej 1 In Pruszcz Gdański. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Preparatory, Security, Demolition, Repair, Insulation, Flooring, Facade, Sheet Metal, Painting And Cleaning Works. The Works Concern Balconies Located Next To Staircases A, B And C, Including Corner Balconies, Oval Balconies And Balconies In Recesses. The Works Should Be Performed Completely, In Compliance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety Requirements And The Recommendations Of The Manufacturers Of The Materials Used. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure The Safety Of Residents, Limit The Nuisance Associated With The Works And Enable The Proper Use Of The Building Outside The Zone Of Currently Carried Out Works.
