1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Przełajska Street As Part Of The Design And Build System.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Set Of Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Including The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Required By Applicable Regulations To Start And Carry Out Construction Works, - On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation, The Following Should Be Performed: A) Reconstruction Of A Municipal Public Road - Przełajska Street With A Length Of Approx. 2.6 Km; B) Construction Of A Road Drainage System, Including A Storm Sewage System On A Section Of Approx. 1 Km From The Intersection Of Przełajska Street And Bytomska Street. C) Construction Of A Street Lighting Network With A Length Of Approx. 2.6 Km, Including Dedicated Lighting For 3 Pedestrian Crossings; D) Implementation Of The Target Traffic Organization; E) Implementation Of Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Investment; F) Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including: Reconstruction Of The Overhead Low-Voltage Power Network To The Extent Colliding With The New Road System, Removal Of Collisions With Existing Above-Ground And Underground Facilities And Networks, Restoration Of Road Surfaces And Other Hardened Surfaces At Intersections With The Designed Road And At The Integration Of The Designed Networks Into The Existing Networks, Inventory Of Existing Trees And Shrubs, As Well As Preparation Of Property Division Designs To Separate The Road Lane Of The Street. Przełajska For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment Based On Zrid, And Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, As Well As Carrying Out All Necessary Studies Required For The Implementation Of The Investment. 3. The Investment Task Is Co-Financed From Funds From The Government Road Development Fund. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Including The Detailed Scope Of Design Documentation And Authors Supervision, Is Included In Annex No. 1 - Functional And Utility Program, Which Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order Is A Minimum Of 60 Months (In Accordance With The Offer Submitted By The Contractor In The Offer Form). Detailed Terms Of The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 6.
