If The Documentation Regarding The Proceedings Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party - In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites.
