1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation And Modernization Of Sewage Neutralization Systems In The Buildings Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. Piastów Śląskich In Wrocław At Ul. Borowska 211 And 211A. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Part Of The Design Documentation, Are Supporting Material For Preparing An Offer And Providing A Lump Sum Price In The Offer Form (Template - Annex No. 1 To The Swz). Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Form Of Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Therefore, Any Inaccuracies Or Errors Contained Therein Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Works.3. Due To The Work In Active Facilities, The Contractor Will Provide A Temporary Neutralization And Sewage Disposal System For The Duration Of The Work.
