1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In Supplementing The Installation Of A Call System In Rooms Already Equipped With It And Implementing The System In Rooms That Have Not Had Such A System So Far. The System Will Cover Public And Patient Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms, Bed Rooms, Special Supervision Rooms, And Treatment Rooms. 2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Can Be Found In: 1) Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Template Of The Contract (Designed Provisions Of The Contract), 2) Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), 3) Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities 4) Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb).
