The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Street Lighting For Public Roads In The Łącko Commune As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction And Modernization Of Street Lighting, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Swz. The Order Is Divided Into Two Parts, I.E.: • Part No. 1 - Construction Of Street Lighting In The Town Of Szczereż - Including The Construction Of Street Lighting On The District Road No. 1543K Czarny Potok - Szczereż, Which Includes The Following Scope Of Works: - Construction Of A Street Lighting Cable Line, - Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, - Installation Of Lighting Poles.2. During The Works, Access To And Access To Existing Facilities Should Be Ensured, Limiting The Nuisance Caused By Construction Works To A Minimum. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding Part No. 1 Includes The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz And The Provisions Of The Swz. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
