1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Service And Office Building At Ul. Miła 10 In Radom - Stage I. 2. The Building Entered Into The Register Of Monuments - Reg. No. 397/A/88.3. The Scope Of Work (Works) In Stage I Includes In Particular: 1) Waterproofing (Vertical And Horizontal) Of The Foundation Walls Of The Building, 2) Strengthening The Walls And Lintels, 3) Renovation Of The Western Facade (From Miła Street), The Southern Facade On The Section From Ul. Miła To A Residential Building And The Northern Façade (Gable Walls Only), 4) Accompanying Works And Temporary Works Not Covered By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities, But Necessary To Take Into Account: A) Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, B) Occupation Of The Road, C) Works Related To The Implementation Of Works Near Devices Requiring Appropriate Decisions; D) Restoration Of Structures, Fragments Of The Area, Pavement Surfaces Or Installations Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of The Works, E) Tidying Up The Area After Construction Site,F) Closure Of The Construction Site,G) Any Other Work Not Covered By The Contract And Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Art Of Construction.5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.4. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Contractors Obligations Are Included In The Construction Design (Appendices No. 10 To No. 15 To The Swz), Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) And The Contract Template (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). The Design Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Of Work Than The Work That Is The Subject Of This Order. Note: The Location Of Blank Pages In The Technical Documentation (E.G. In The Land Development Design, Technical Description Of The Structure) Results From The Fact That In These Places, In The Documentation Prepared In Paper Form, Drawings And Copies Of Documents Are Included, Which Are Separate Attachments In This Electronic Version. The Ordering Party Has Attached All Documents Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order.5. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts For Organizational And Economic Reasons. Carrying Out Work Simultaneously By Several Contractors On One Small Construction Site And Arranging Work Schedules In Such A Way That The Works Carried Out Do Not Interfere With Each Other Is Very Difficult To Perform And Could Jeopardize The Proper And Timely Completion Of The Task. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Result In Increased Costs Of Contract Execution, Including The Implementation Of Two Projects To Change The Traffic Organization Due To The Need To Occupy The Sidewalk For The Duration Of Waterproofing And Wall Strengthening Works, Employment Of Construction Managers For Each Part, Etc. The Ordering Party Assessed That In This Particular Case It Was Not A Large Order, I.E. Above Average Scale.
