Tenders Are Invited For Conservation Renovation Of The Roof Truss Over Part Of Building No. 4 (Palace) Of The Wawel Royal Castle.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Conservation Renovation Of The Roof Truss Over Part Of Building No. 4 - The Wawel Royal Castle Palace In Krakow - Within The Scope Of This Procedure, Including The Basic Scope And The Optional Scope Implemented Under The Option Law. The Renovation Is Of A Maintenance And Conservation Nature And Includes Works Carried Out On The Steel And Partially Wooden Roof Truss Elements Accessible From The Attic Side, To The Extent Resulting From The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities, The Offer Form And Other Order Documents. The Works Include, In Particular, Cleaning And Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Available Steel Elements, Preservation Activities On Available Wooden Elements And Mixed Wood-Steel Connections, Carrying Out The Necessary Preparatory, Security, Organizational, Documentation And Acceptance Works, As Well As Local Repairs Of Steel Elements Only In Places Individually Qualified And Approved In The Course Of The Works. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Attic Space Of An Active Museum And Historic Building, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Along With With The Wawel Hill Complex, In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Administrative Decisions, Permits, Conservation Arrangements, Rules For Organizing Work On Wawel Hill And The Employers Requirements. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Principle Of Minimal Interference With The Historic Substance, Without Interfering With The Function Of The Facility, Structural System And Static Diagrams Of The Roof Truss. The Order Does Not Include Systemic Opening Of Roof Slopes, Systemic Disassembly Of Roofing, Roofing Works, Replacement Of Roof Tiles, Reconstruction Of Roofing, Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss, Overall Strengthening Of The Structure Or Systemic Replacement Of Roof Truss Elements, Subject To Only Local Works Clearly Indicated In The Order Documents Or Separately Approved By The Ordering Party In The Manner Provided For In The Contract.
