1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Expansion Of The Bargłówka Volunteer Fire Department Fire Station Along With The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network And The Change Of The Location Of The External Hydrant. The Designed Facility Belongs To Category Xvii (Trade, Catering And Service Buildings). 2. The Building Being Rebuilt Is The Station Of The Volunteer Fire Department. The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Part Of The Building Is Intended To Add A Garage For A Fire Truck. The Existing Garage Will Serve As A Warehouse. There Is Also A Room For Preparing Meals, A Common Room, A Toilet Room And An Auxiliary Room In The Building.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities, Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Actual Amount Of Work Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Lump Sum Contract, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Works Occurring During The Works In Any Bill Of Quantities Item, It Cannot Be Considered As Additional Works With A Demand For Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price. 4. The Contractor Of The Works, Without Additional Remuneration, Will Be Obliged To: 1) Arrange The Construction Site, Appropriately Fence The Necessary Area, 2) Appropriately Secure The Construction Site, 3) Bear Any Costs Of Switching Off And On Electricity, 4) In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To The Works, Their Parts Or Devices During Implementation - Repair Them And Restore Them To Their Original Condition, 5) Maintain Order During The Execution Of The Works And Systematically Tidy Up The Construction Site, 6) Tidy Up The Construction Site After The Works Are Completed And It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance.
