Type Of Order: Construction Work.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Design Works (Including Design Documentation) And Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of The Areas Around Lake Malenieckie And The Former Park In Machory, Carried Out In The Design And Build System, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Development Of Land In The Towns Of Maleniec And Machory - Ruda Maleniecka Commune.2) Location Of The Subject Of The Contract: • Area Around Lake Malenieckie, Plot 44/1201, Precinct 0006 Koliszowy;• Former Park In Machory, Front Part Of Plot 1099/2, Precinct 0010, 658/16, Precinct 0009 Machory. 3) Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place In Two Stages: • Stage I - Development Of Complete Design Documentation; • Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works. 4) The Main Purpose Of Development Is Nature Conservation, Therefore Human Interference In The Natural Environment Is Minimized. The Introduction Of Foreign Species Of Plants And Animals Should Be Limited And Care Should Be Taken Not To Pollute Water And Soil. The Investment Is To Fulfill The Following Functions:• Protection Function: Protection Of Unique Species Of Plants And Animals, Protection Of Natural Ecosystems And Their Processes,• Recreational Function: Places For Physical Activity Such As Walks, Bird Watching.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Included In The Standards For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery In The Investment Process Available On The Website Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management.6) The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Technical Documentation, I.E., Among Others: In The Functional And Utility Program And All Necessary Provisions And Arrangements Necessary To Implement The Investment.7) The Scope Of Design Work Includes The Following Stages: Pre-Design - Preparatory Works:• Development Of A Schedule Of Design Works And Dates Of Arrangements,• Obtaining A Current Map For Design Purposes;• Carrying Out Target Tests Of The Ground Under The Planned Facilities;• Carrying Out An Inventory Of Greenery Necessary For The Correct Development Of The Project;• Analysis Of The Starting Materials Provided By The Ordering Party;• Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Technical Conditions And Arrangements Required By The Construction Law And Separate Regulations. Technical Design With Elements Of The Executive Design, Which Should Include All Elements To Be Implemented As Part Of The Execution Works, Including, Among Others:• Land Development Design;• Landscaping And Staking Design;• Design For The Management Of Existing Plant Material; • Greenery Design (Design Of Planting Trees, Shrubs, Vines, Ornamental Grasses And Perennials);• Greenery Protection Design;• Design Of The Communication System With Surfaces;• Design Of Small Architecture Elements, Other Buildings And Site Equipment - Construction Solutions
