The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The B237 Higher Plant Breeding Room For The Needs Of Phytotrons In The Building Of The Faculty Of Biology Of The University Of Gdańsk At Ul. Wita Stwosza 59 In Gdańsk, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Applicable Regulations, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Expert Opinions And Checks Of Design Solutions Resulting From Applicable Regulations, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works And The Operation Of The Higher Plant Breeding Room B237.2) Comprehensive Execution, On The Basis Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party Provides Design Documentation And Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The B237 Higher Plant Breeding Room For The Needs Of Phytotrons In The Building Of The Faculty Of Biology Of The University Of Gdańsk At Ul. Wita Stwosza 59 In Gdańsk, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To Swz.3) Provision Of Service, Inspection And Maintenance Services Of Devices, Machines, Installations, Systems And Building Equipment (Door Joinery, Shelves With Lighting Panels) Along With Consumables, The Servicing, Inspection And Maintenance Of Which Are Required By Regulations And Manufacturers Recommendations In Order To Maintain Continuous Efficiency And Maintain Warranty Conditions - During The Period Warranty. The Minimum Scope Of Work And Periods Related To Service, Inspection And Maintenance Are Included In The Table In Chapter A, Point 2, Point 2.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Constituting A Collective Matrix Of Service And Maintenance Activities. The Contractor, Based On The Above-Mentioned Matrix, Is Obliged To Prepare A Written Schedule Specifying Detailed Deadlines For Carrying Out The Activities Indicated In The Matrix.
