The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Construction Project Including The Construction Of Hardened Surfaces, I.E.: A) Internal Communication Including Widening The Existing Internal Road, B) Construction Of A Sidewalk (Near The Internal Road) And Reconstruction Of The Drainage Ditch, C) Construction Of Parking Spaces (Made Of Openwork Slabs) Along With Their Lighting And Construction Of The Northern Retaining Wall (Near The Parking Lot), D) Widening The Exit Onto The Internal Road, E) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Road Route, F) Implementation Of Permanent Traffic Organization. 2. Scope Of Works Specified In Point 1 Is Covered By The Design Documentation Approved By The Current Building Permit Decision Ab.6740.253.2025.Kk Of May 22, 2025. The Scope Of Design Documentation Is Broader Than The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of A Nursery Building.3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Myślenice Poviat, Siepraw Commune, Siepraw Town, Ul. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Contract Execution Were Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, - Additionally, Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. In Accordance With The Principles Of The Lump-Sum Form Of Remuneration Covered By This Procedure, The Bill Of Quantities Is An Information And Auxiliary Document.5. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Temporary And Accompanying Reconstruction Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order And Reconstruction Works, Carrying Out The Required Final Tests, Carrying Out Measurements, Tests And Acceptances, All Other Activities And Documents (Including As-Built Documentation) Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works And For Putting The Facility Into Operation. The Works Should Be Performed And Completed In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law And Environmental Protection Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Quality Guarantee Of 60 Months (Identical To The Warranty Period For Defects) And A Maximum Of 84 Months.
