The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of Modernization By Expanding The Existing Hall In The Design And Build System, With Separating Part Of It For The Storage Needs Of The Oc And Ol Of The City Of Olsztyn. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu) And In The Annexes To The Above-Mentioned Ffu, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz, As Well As In The Designed The Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppu) And The Annexes To The Above-Mentioned Ppu, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Public Procurement Law. 3. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, As Well As Standards, Technical Approvals And Reference Systems Are Indicated In The Pfu Or Appendices To The Ppu, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Article 99, Paragraph Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer/Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Elements, Systems Or Devices Offered By Him As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. For This Purpose, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Materials, Elements, Systems Or Devices With The Subject Of The Order.4. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law).
