The Designed Network Should Be Made Of Dn125x7.4Mm Pe100 Rc Pn10 Sdr17 Pipes. The Total Length Of The Water Supply Network Is Approx. 930 Meters. The Pipes Used Must Have An Appropriate Certificate Allowing Them To Be Used In Construction And A Current Pzh Certificate. The Designed Depths And Slopes Of The Pipelines Were Adapted To The Existing Terrain, The Depth Of Foundation Of Existing Underground Facilities And The Depth Of The Water Pipeline At The Connection Point. The Minimum Depth Of Pipeline Cover Is At Least 1.6 M Below Ground Level. And Must Be Strictly Observed Due To The Ground Freezing. The Order Includes The Preparation By The Contractor Of A Traffic Organization Design, The Cost Of Occupying The Road - Works Carried Out In The District Road. Obligation To Conduct Archaeological Research Due To The Passage Of The Water Supply Network Through The Railway Areas (Closed Areas), The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions For Carrying Out The Works And Accepting The Works Specified In The Agreement Concluded Between The Investor And Pkp. The Release Of The Plots For The Purpose Of Using It And Performing Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Takes Place By Writing A Protocol Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement With The Completed Surveying Works Notification Number. After Completing The Works, The Beneficiary Undertakes To Immediately Return The Plots To Original State And Hand It Over To Pkp S.A. In A Non-Deteriorated Condition After Sorting It Out, Without The Right To Claim Reimbursement Of Incurred Costs From Pkp S.A., On The Basis Of The As-Built Acceptance Protocol Constituting Annex No. In Order To Prepare The Above Protocol, It Is Necessary To Present A Copy Of The As-Built Surveying Inventory Approved By The Railway Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center At The Department Of Geodesy And Legal Regulation Of Pkp S.A. The Technical Design Consists Of Two Parts: The First For Which The Building Permit Was Issued By The Starosta Of Gniezno And The Second - For The Closed Area For Which The Building Permit Is Issued By The Voivode Of Greater Poland.
