The Order Is Implemented Under The Program: European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Priority 3: European Funds For Sustainable Urban Mobility In Greater Poland Measure 3.1 Development Of Sustainable Urban Mobility.2. The Task Includes The Construction Of Internal Roads, Bus Platforms, Parking Spaces For: Buses, Passenger Cars, Disabled People, Families With Children And The Construction Of Pedestrian Routes. The Scope Of Construction Of The Transfer Center Also Includes The Construction Of Bus Shelters, A Bicycle Shelter, A Public Toilet Container Building With A Waiting Room, The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System, Energy-Saving Lighting, A Monitoring System And An Air Quality Monitoring System.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Agreed With The Ordering Party, - Obtaining All Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Arrangements And Tests Required By Law And Separate Provisions Resulting From Legal Acts To The Extent Necessary To Develop Design Documentation And To Implement The Investment On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation, Including Obtaining A Building Permit By The Contractor And Reporting The Construction Works Together With Obtaining No Objection From The Authority Based On The Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, - Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Works Carried Out Based On Documentation, - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation; - Handing Over To The Ordering Party A Facility Ready For Use Along With As-Built Documentation And All Permits Required By Applicable Law (Obtaining The Use Permit Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party). The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In The Procedure Of Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Performing Other Activities Required To Start Using The Facility, In Particular By Submitting Documents, Providing Explanations, Participating In Inspection Activities, Removing Identified Defects And Deficiencies And Completing The Documentation Within The Deadlines Set By The Ordering Party. These Duties Are Covered By The Contractors Lump Sum Remuneration. - Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory, Including A Surveying One.
