The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Which He Will Develop On The Basis Of The Employers Guidelines, The Functional And Utility Program And The Obtained Decision For A Building Permit Or Will Make An Effective Notification Construction Works (Construction) To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority (Effective Notification Of Construction Works/Construction That Does Not Require A Building Permit Is Understood As A Documented Lack Of Objection From The Authority). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge With The Utmost Care. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Stages, Which Include: A) Stage I - Includes The Development Of The Concept Of Pylons - 6 Pieces Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion B) Stage Ii - Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Or Effective Notification Of Investment Construction Works Will Take Place No Later Than 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, C) Stage Iii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With Reporting The Completion Of The Works: By March 31, 2027. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid In Two Installments According To The Implementation Of The Stages Of The Order.
