The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, All Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements, Real Estate Division Projects And The Preparation Of Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Decision For A Building Permit/Notification Of The Execution Of Works Or A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment By The Contractor And Obtaining Other Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Correct And Complete Implementation Of The Investment Task And The Performance Of Construction Works On The Investment Task In Question Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Based On Stwiorb And Relevant Legal Provisions, Technical Conditions And Wr-D Guidelines.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Including Annex 3.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex 3.2. Pfu With Attachments.5. Sub-Point 3). 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Construction Manager (Point 6.2.4. Point 2 Of The Swz) And Industry Works Managers To Supervise The Implementation Of Construction Works.
