Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains The Design Documentation And Erratum, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bills Of Quantities. The Presented Bills Of Quantities Are An Auxiliary Element In The Preparation Of The Offer. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Activities Aimed At The Execution And Approval For Use Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. If The Presented Bills Of Quantities Are Incomplete, When Preparing The Offer, The Works That Are Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Investment Should Also Be Taken Into Account. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
