The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Under This Order Includes: 1) Dismantling Of Equipment, 2) Dismantling Of Existing Carpets And Floor Coverings, 3) Dismantling Of Door Joinery And Construction Of New Ones, 4) Dismantling Of Existing Sanitary Fittings, 5) Dismantling Of Electrical, Sanitary And Central Heating Installations And Construction New Ones,6) Carrying Out Tests: - Measurement Of Insulation Resistance, - Continuity Of Protective Conductors, - Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection, - Preparation Of Measurement Protocols,7) Demolition Of Indicated Partition Walls And Construction Of New Ones,8) Removal Of Existing Wall Coverings, I.E. Ceramic Tiles, Pvc Panels, Additions And Repairs Of Plasters, Leveling Of Wall Surfaces,9) Renovation Of Internal Walls, Wiping Of Existing Plasters With Scraping Of Paint Or Peeling Off Wallpapers On Walls,10) Construction Of New Wall And Ceiling Claddings,11) Construction Of Ceramic Tile Floors On A Ready-Made Substrate,12) Delivery And Installation Of Sanitary Fittings,13) Preparation Of Visual Identification Elements,14) Delivery Of Furniture In Accordance With The Interior Design Design,15) Installation Of Equipment,Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Final As-Built Documentation, Including Documents Allowing For The Assessment Of The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Required By Current Law, Technical Acceptance Reports, Protocols Tests, Measurements And Tests, As-Built Design Documentation With A List Of Changes Introduced In Relation To The Original Documentation, As Well As The Provision Of Warranty Cards With Warranty Conditions, Instructions (In Polish) For The Use And Operation Of Devices And Products Delivered And Built By The Contractor, And Training Of The Users Representatives In The Use And Operation Of These Devices And Products. It Consists Of The Following Documents On The Basis Of Which The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed: − Executive Design − Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) − Bill Of Quantities. In Case Of Discrepancies In The Findings Of The Above Documents, The Hierarchy Of Importance Adopted Above Applies.
