The Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Elements Of Works: 1) Construction Of Kiss And Ride Parking Bays, 2) Construction Of Pedestrian Crossing Lighting, 3) Construction Of Power Supply For Road Traffic Lights At The Pedestrian Crossing.3. A Detailed Description And Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Opz Together With The Technical Documentation And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Contract Template, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. 4. If The Origin Of The Products Is Indicated Anywhere In The Technical Documentation, It Only Serves To Determine The Standards Of Technical And Quality Characteristics. The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Product That Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements And Has Functional Properties No Worse Than Those Specified In The Ordering Partys Documentation, With Preference For More Favorable Parameters That Meet The Same Quality, Functional And Technical Requirements Of The Indicated One, And Has Functional Properties That Meet The Requirements Specified For The Item Described In The Ordering Partys Documentation. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 5. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
