The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Road Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Provincial Road No. 871, Ul. Wisłostrada In The Scope Of Construction Of A Bicycle Path, A Pedestrian Path And Lighting, In The Scope Of: • Road Industry: - Demolition Of The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Route; - The Scope Of The Reconstruction Covers A Section With A Length Of 2,245 Meters. The Reconstruction Assumes Maximum Use Of The Existing Road Lane In Order To Improve The Safety And Comfort Of Users Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths. In Order To Improve Safety, Traffic Separation Is Introduced In Places Where The Terrain Conditions Allow It And There Is Sufficient Road Width To Construct A Two-Way Bicycle Road With A Red Bituminous Surface And A Width Of 2.50 M Located Closer To The Road Of Ul. Wisłostrad, A Green Separating Strip About 0.50 M Wide And A Pedestrian Road With A Bituminous Surface And 2.00 M Wide Located On The Outside. The Length Of The Section With Full Separation Of Traffic Users Along The Green Belt Is Approximately 1,268 Meters. In Places Where The Road Width Is Not Sufficient Or The Terrain Conditions Do Not Allow It, A 2.5 M Wide Two-Way Bicycle Path And A 2.0 M Wide Pedestrian Path Are Designed As A Common Route With Designated Pedestrian And Bicycle Lanes Separated By A Concrete Edge. The Length Of The Section With Partial Separation Of Traffic Users Is Approximately 962 Meters. - Reconstruction Of Bitumen-Surfaced Exits; - Construction Of Two Mopir Points - Rest Areas For Pedestrians And Cyclists. Mopir Points Are Designed In The Form Of Additional Bays Along The Pedestrian Route, 2.5 M Wide And 30 M Long, With A Bituminous Surface.
