The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works For 11 Pedestrian Crossings As Part Of The Task Called: Construction Of Lighting On Existing Pedestrian Crossings Along Ul. Krowoderski Zuchów - Design And Build.2. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, - Terms Of The Urban Gardener, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz.3. If Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
