The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Support And Development Of The Sports Base Of The Wróblew Commune, Including Construction Works And Design Works Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition, Functionality And Availability Of Sports Infrastructure In The Wróblew Commune. The Order Will Be Implemented Partly In The Design And Build Formula And Partly On The Basis Of Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Modernization Of The Gymnasium At The School And Kindergarten Complex In Wróblewo, Including, Among Others: Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings, Plaster Repair, Plastering And Painting, Replacement Of Door Joinery, Replacement Of Radiator Covers, Construction Of A New Sports Surface With Pitch Markings, Delivery And Installation Of New Sports Equipment, Installation Of Lighting Fixture Protection, Construction Of New Protective Balustrades, Decorative Elements (Graffiti) And Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility. 2. Construction Of A Container Locker Room And Sanitary Facility At The Sports Field In Kobierzycko In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Approvals And Administrative Decisions, Construction Of Foundations, Delivery And Assembly Of A Modular Building With A Usable Area Of ​​Approx. 85 M² Along With Complete Internal And External Installations, Sanitary Equipment, Construction Of Connections, Land Development And Handing Over The Facility For Use. 3. Construction Of A Fitness Playground At The Entertainment And Sports Hall In Wróblewo, Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Administrative Decisions Provided By The Ordering Party. The Scope Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works Resulting From The Submitted Documentation, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment, Construction Of Safe Surfaces And Land Development. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Preparatory, Security, Installation, Finishing And Cleaning Works, Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations And Acceptances, Preparing As-Built Documentation And Obtaining All Required Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment And Putting The Facilities Into Use. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Functional And Utility Program, Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
