3.4 The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Two Production Wells No. 1N And No. 2 For The Purposes Of Groundwater Intake In Wojczyce On The Plot No. 3/2. These Holes Are To Supply Water To The Water Treatment Plant, Which Will Constitute An Alternative Source Of Water Supply For The Inhabitants Of The Środa Śląska Commune. 3.5 The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages: 1) Stage I. Within This Stage, Exploitation Borehole No. 2 Should Be Drilled In Accordance With The Approved Design Of Geological Works For The Execution Of Exploitation Borehole No. 2 In Order To Re-Intake Groundwater From The Quaternary Level In Wojczyce, Commune. Środa Śląska, Środa County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship” - Constituting Appendix No. 9 - Prepared By Geosfera Kamil Okruta Dariusz Niemczyński S.C. In September 2023. The Above Project Was Approved By The Decision Of The Środa Starosta Of October 16, 2023 - Śir.6540.18/05/2022 - Annex No. 11. Drilling Works Should Be Performed Using A Mechanical, Rotary-Percussion System, Dry (Hos), I.E. Without The Use Of Drilling Mud. Hole Depth 32.0 M Below Ground Level. Intake Of The Quaternary Aquifer Through A Steel Slot Filter With A Continuous Slot, The Johnson Type, With A Diameter Of Dn250. Pvc-U Type Kv Over- And Under-Filter Pipes With A Diameter Of Dn250. The Final Decision On The Depth Of The Active Part Of The Filter And The Selection Of Filter Slots And Backfill Will Be Made By The Supervising Geologist In Consultation With The Substitute Investor, Based On The Current Results And Progress Of Drilling And Laboratory Tests Of The Grain Size Composition Of The Aquifer. After Drilling The Hole And Its Development, Cleansing Pumping And Measurement Pumping Should Be Performed. Water From The Well Should Be Subjected To Bacteriological Tests (Escherichia Coli Bacteria, Intestinal Enterococci, Coliform Bacteria, Number Of Colonies At 22°C) And Physicochemical Tests To The Extent Consistent With The Approved Geological Works Design. In Addition, Preliminary Monitoring Of Radioactive Substances Should Be Performed - The First Measurement Of The Concentration Of Radioactive Substances In Terms Of Their Occurrence And Exceedances In The Field Of Radon, Radium Isotopes (Ra-226, Ra-228) And Tritium. After Completing All Works, Hydrogeological Documentation Should Be Prepared And Ready For Approval. In The Event Of Unsatisfactory Drilling Results (Unfavorable Formation Or Parameters Of The Aquifer) Or Failure During Drilling, E.G. Damage To The Filtration Column During Its Lowering Or Rupture Of Drill Casing Pipes, The Hole Should Be Closed By Backfilling The Excavation With Spoil, In Accordance With The Sequence Of Drilled Lithological Layers. The Decision On Liquidation Will Be Made By The Geological Supervision In Consultation With The Substitute Investor.
