The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers Divided Into 3 Parts As Follows: 4.2.1. Part 1 Of The Order: Rental Of A Backhoe Loader With Accessories And An Operator With Appropriate Qualifications. The Ordering Party Requires That The Backhoe Loader Accessories Include: A) An Excavator Bucket With A Width Of 30-40 Cm, B) An Excavator Bucket With A Width Of 50-70 Cm, C) An Excavator Bucket With A Width Of 130-160 Cm; Note: General Provision Applicable To Each Part Order: The Equipment Used In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Current Technical Inspection And Third-Party Liability And Accident Insurance.
