The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Renovation Works Necessary For The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Historic Kochanowski Family Manor House Into The Senior Club In Nowy Bedoń At 15.2 Sienkiewicza Street. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Construction Works In The Kochanowski Manor House. The Scope Of Work Includes The Performance Of Complete Construction Works In The Existing Building, Including All Internal And Ground Installations Included In The Documentation. The Contractor Performed Underground Installations And Connected Them To The Existing Water And Sewage Networks And The Power Connection. The Contractor Will Connect The Fiber Optic Cable With A Strip To The Point Of Connection To The Existing Fiber Optic Cable At Sienkiewicza Street. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Hardening Of The Area, Elements Of Small Architecture And Parts Of The Equipment Included In The Annex Entitled: Reference Guidelines For Basic Equipment Basic Equipment Excluded From The Order Numbers; 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 37, 38. Before Installing The Equipment Elements, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain The Customers Approval For The Proposed Equipment Or Devices.4. All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Declarations Of Performance, Current Tests Or Other Documents Confirming Their Admission To Trading And General Use In Construction And Have The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party.7. To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Construction Products Should Be Used, Legally Approved For General Use In Construction, Marked With The Ce Mark Or Construction Mark, Or Included In The List Of Products Of Minor Importance For Health And Safety, In Accordance With The Construction Products Act And Taking Into Account Fire Regulations.8.
