1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution By The Contractor Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Mv/Lv Container Transformer Station (15/04Kv) To Power The Water Recreation Facility On Plot No. 1026 And 1027 In Sękowa, Together With Connection To The Power Grid, Commissioning The Station And Construction Of A Lv Cable Line For Cable Connectors On The Building Facades.2. The Following Requirements Should Also Be Met In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Will Develop Instructions For Cooperation Between The Transformer Station And The Distribution System Operator - Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. 2) The Contractor Will Provide Operational Support For The Transformer Station Throughout The Warranty Period. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Annual Operational Inspections Of The Transformer Station Throughout The Warranty Period. Each Inspection Must Be Confirmed By A Report Submitted To The Ordering Party. 4) The Contractor Will Provide 24-Hour Warranty Service Of The Transformer Station (24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week) Throughout The Warranty Period. In The Event Of A Failure Requiring Intervention, The Time For Undertaking Service Activities May Not Exceed 3 Hours From The Moment The Failure Is Reported By The Ordering Party. 5) Measuring Systems (Submeters) Should Be Installed On The Low-Voltage Electrical Installation Circuits Leaving The Transformer Station, Enabling Measurement Of The Consumed Electricity On Each Circuit. At Least Three Fields Should Be Equipped With Semi-Indirect Measurement Enabling The Measurement Of Active And Reactive Energy. Measuring Systems Should Be Located In A Free-Standing Cabinet Near The Façade Of The Transformer Station.3. The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Is An Auxiliary Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Will Not Constitute The Basis For Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.
