The Quantity Of Works Ordered To Be Performed During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement May Be Smaller Or Larger Than The Quantity Presented In The Swz And The Offer Cost Estimate, Which, However, Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, Regardless Of Their Legal Basis. During The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party May Commission A Scope Of Works Smaller Than That Indicated In The Swz And The Offer Cost Estimate, But Not Less Than The Equivalent Of 70% Of The Remuneration Specified In § 3 Section 2 Of The Agreement.
