The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of The Entrance To The Dormitory Building Along With The Main Hall And The Corridor At Zsckr In Różaniec. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Under This Order Includes: 1) Renovation Of External Stairs And Landing, 2) Renovation Of External Walls Of The Entrance Zone, 3) Construction Of Structures Made Of Perforated Sheets, 4) Renovation Of The Main Hall And Corridor, 5) Construction Of New Suspended Ceilings, 6) Dismantling Of The Central Heating Installation And Construction Of A New One 7) Dismantling Of The Installation Electrical Installation And Construction Of A New One8) Renovation Of Internal Walls, Wiping Of Existing Plasters With Scraping Of Paint Or Peeling Off Wallpapers On The Walls,9) Installation Of New Wall Coverings, 10) Installation Of Suspended Ceilings In The Hall And Corridor, 11) Implementation Of Visual Identification Elements, 12) Delivery Of Furniture In Accordance With The Interior Design Design, 13) Installation Of Equipment, 14) Removal Of Rubble And Disposal Of Waste Generated During Renovation On The Contractors Part. All The Contractor Will Place The Dismantled Devices And Elements (E.G. Electric Lamps, Radiators, Doors) At The Investors Disposal. Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Final As-Built Documentation, Including Documents Allowing For The Assessment Of The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Required By Current Legal Regulations, Technical Acceptance Reports, Test, Measurement And Research Protocols, As-Built Design Documentation With A List Of Changes Introduced In Relation To The Original Documentation, As Well As Delivery Of Warranty Cards With Warranty Conditions, Instructions (In Polish) For Use And Operation Devices And Products Delivered And Installed By The Contractor, As Well As Training The Users Representatives In The Use And Operation Of These Devices And Products. It Consists Of The Following Documents On The Basis Of Which The Subject Of The Order Should Be Prepared: − Detailed Design − Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) − Bill Of Quantities.
