The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Accepting Fees Paid To The Accounts Of The District Court In Toruń And The District Courts In Chełmno, Golubie-Dobrzyń And Wąbrzeźno By Payment Cards And Cash Using Self-Service Devices And The Sale Of E-Signs Of Court Fees In A Fully Integrated Manner With The E-Payments Platform Of The Ministry Of Justice.3. The Ordering Party Requires The District Court In Toruń To Be Provided With Two Terminals And One Terminal Each In The District Courts (A Total Of Five Devices In Five Locations).4. The Self-Service Payment Terminal Offered By The Contractor Must Be Able To: 1) Accept Non-Cash And Cash Payments Made By Natural Persons In Matters Relating To Court Proceedings - Budget Revenues, Sums On Commission, Payments Related To The Post-Penitentiary Assistance Fund, 2) Accept Non-Cash And Cash Payments Made By Employees Of The Ordering Partys Units In Respect Of Receivables To The State Treasury - Budget Revenues, Receivables To The Social Benefits Fund, 3) Sale Of Electronic Court Fee Signs (Printout On Self-Adhesive Labels Required). 5.
