The Insurance Covers Niks Own Property, Property Under The Permanent Management Of Nik (Including Shares In Common Parts Of The Property) And Property Of Third Parties Used By Nik (E.G. Works Of Art, Electronic Equipment, Water Dispensers, Routers), For Which Nik Is Responsible. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In: 2.1 Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), Including: 1) List Of Locations Of Apartments To Be Insured And Description Of Buildings, Constituting Annexes No. 1A And 1B To The Sopz (Will Be Made Available At The Contractors Request), 2) Information On The Loss Ratio, Constituting Annex No. 1C To The Sopz (Will Be Made Available At The Contractors Request); 2.2 Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Template Of The General Contract For Property And Civil Liability Of The Supreme Audit Office (The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Template Of The Contract).
