The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure Documentation Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor And Is Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Provision Of The Bill Of Quantities By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As To Take Into Account All Works And Costs (Including Those Not Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities).
