The Subject Of The Order Is To Obtain Data On Noise Levels In The Environment Related To The Operation Of Provincial Roads Located In The Małopolska Voivodeship And To Prepare A Strategic Noise Map For Road Sections With Traffic Intensity Exceeding 3,000,000 Vehicles / Year (Indicated In The Opz) With A Total Length Of 513 Km - As Of 2025. This Order Is Intended To Fulfill The Obligation Imposed On The Road Manager Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 118 And 118A Of The Act Of April 27, 2001 - Environmental Protection Law, The Obligation To Provide The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection With Complete Strategic Acoustic Maps Along With Identifying Data. The Order Includes Periodic Noise Measurements For The Purposes Of The Strategic Noise Map And The Preparation Of Identifying Data For The Main Roads Covered By The Strategic Noise Map, Spreadsheets And Spatial Data Sets Prepared For The Reporting Purposes Of The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection And The European Commission, As Well As The Preparation Of A Complete Strategic Noise Map And Its Delivery (In The Required Number Of Copies) To The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection And The Marshal Of The Małopolska Voivodeship.
